About Our Library
New Hargeisa Public Library is a community hub & a local library that will serve all ages of Hargeisa & its surroundings. The objective of this library is to promote literacy, enhance student skills & encourage love of reading. It will be a vital community hub and a centre of knowledge. The main aim of this library is to give our young people the chance to have access to a wide range of resources including books, journals, digital media, and other materials.
We need your support to complete the interior work including desks, shelves, furniture, computers & printers to create an online resource section as well. With your help & donations, we can create a modern library where our children can gather to learn & socialise. Come and join us to finish this project that will help generations to come.
